Kudoku for Android
Effective September 24, 2026. Kudoku is developed by Gentleflow. Contact: gentleflowoverseas@gmail.com.
Playing without an account
You do not need to create an account or provide your name, email address or phone number to play. Kudoku has no advertising, cross-app tracking or gameplay analytics. We do not request contacts, photos, location, microphone access or your browsing history.
Local game data
Your progress, puzzle entries, notes, statistics, daily challenge records and preferences are stored in the app’s private storage. Puzzle play works offline. We do not upload your puzzle moves to our servers.
Optional local reminders
Daily Challenge reminders are optional and off by default. If you enable them and allow notifications, Kudoku schedules local notifications on your device using your chosen time and locally stored challenge completion records. These reminders do not send your play history to a server or use a remote push token. Completing today’s challenge cancels its pending reminder. You can turn reminders off in Kudoku or manage notification permission in Android Settings. Android may delay delivery to save battery.
Local progress storage
Kudoku saves game progress on this device and disables Android app-data cloud backup and device transfer. It does not provide cloud saves or cross-device progress synchronization. Existing backups made by older versions are managed through your device and backup provider.
Premium purchases
Google Play processes optional subscriptions and the one-time lifetime purchase. We do not receive your card or bank details. RevenueCat helps validate purchases, restore access and manage Premium, and provides purchase and subscription reporting. It handles an app-specific customer identifier, purchase records and tokens, subscription status, and technical information needed to operate the service, such as platform, app version, locale and currency. Purchase-service connections use encryption in transit. We do not provide RevenueCat with your name or email or enable advertising attribution integrations. See https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Play age signals
In supported regions, Kudoku requests access to age-range and approval signals provided by Google Play under your or your parent’s sharing settings. Google Play manages any sharing or verification prompt. Kudoku processes these signals only in memory, without saving or logging them or sending them to RevenueCat. They are not used for advertising, marketing, profiling or analytics. Declining optional sharing does not prevent free puzzle play. If Google Play requires age verification or parental approval, new purchases wait until that status is resolved. Restore purchases remains available.
Support
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond to your request. Please avoid sending unrelated sensitive information.
Retention and deletion
Reset progress in Kudoku deletes local play records and saved games while keeping settings, onboarding and Premium access. Clear Kudoku’s storage in Android Settings to remove local game data. Uninstalling removes local game data. For purchase-service data, email gentleflowoverseas@gmail.com with enough information to locate your purchase, such as its Google Play order reference. We may ask for verification before acting. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute resolution or other applicable obligations. Google controls its own store records. Deleting app or purchase-service data does not cancel a subscription; cancel it separately in Google Play.
Children and changes
Kudoku has no social features or advertising and does not ask children to submit personal information. If you believe a child sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it. We will update this policy if the app’s data handling changes and show the updated effective date.
